Getting Started: The Process

If you’re still in the process of researching local care providers and would like more general information,
CLICK HERE to inquire about services and availability.

If you’re ready to get started, give me a call or send me a text, or contact me here to set up a meet and greet. New clients will be required to create an account and complete an intake form prior to the meet and greet. For fastest response time texting is best because often times I’m in rural areas with poor service but texts will come through before a voice call.

During the meet and greet we will go over your pet(s) needs and wants, routines, and expectations. It’s a great time to ask any questions you may have or bring up concerns. After this meeting I will be able to give you a concrete rate for service. From here we will book your services, collect keys and/or garage and door codes and a deposit will be collected if applicable.

While you’re away, you can expect me to follow the expectations and goals discussed at the meet and greet and provide the highest quality of care for all animals. Each day you will be sent pictures and/or videos and an update to provide peace of mind.

In general the intake process takes about two weeks to complete. I do book out several weeks to months in advance but will do my best to accommodate last minute requests.
